HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICES?

We accept all major credit forms and even offer financing through WiseTak! By leaving a deposit for your services you can enjoy paying the remainder of your bill in person after your service has been completed or we can send an invoice online.

CAN I MAKE A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?

If we are not booked out for the day we can make it happen! We are more than happy to accommodate a same-day appointment. It is best practice that our clients try to book their service at least 24 hours in advance. Please call 1-470-495-3626 and we will get you on the schedule as soon as possible!

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY CERAMIC COATING APPOINTMENT WHEN IT RAINS?

We do the majority of our work in our mobile enclosed coating studio, therefore the rain doesn’t affect most scheduled appointments. However, if you book a “Mobile Ceramic Coating” you must have electric and water accessibility.

HOW CAN I GET MY CAR HOME IF MY CAR IS CURING?

In order to ensure that you receive the best coating, we suggest you plan for reliable transportation to pick you up and drop you off if your job requires more than 4 hours. We also offer a loaner vehicle so you are not inconvenienced while your car is being serviced.

DO YOU OFFER A MILITARY/VETERAN DISCOUNT?

Yes, we do! All Veterans & Active Duty Military get 5% off anytime they schedule anything. We appreciate and value your service!

CAN I RESCHEDULE AFTER I PAY A DEPOSIT?

Clients are allowed one free reschedule after scheduling. After rescheduling the first time, your deposit is forfeited.

WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

If you are running late please call us at 1-470-495-3626 to let us know. If you need to cancel and fail to notify us your deposit will be forfeited.

CAN I COME IN FOR A CONSULTATION?

If you would like to stop by our locations at [as_location] and view our work in person, we do require a small deposit that will be put toward your service. If you decide not to receive your services through Ceramic Guyz Protective Coatings your deposit will be refunded promptly.

DO YOU OFFER MOBILE SERVICES?

Yes, we do! Our business was founded on our mobile services. If you are located more than 20 miles outside of our shop’s radius please prepare for a small gas and travel fee to be added to your services. Contact us today at 1-470-495-3626 to book your mobile appointment today!
